My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the room was nicely equipped with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel, including a super comfy bed and a lovely sea view from the small balcony. However, there were some issues with the lights, telephone, and fridge in the room, which was a bit disappointing. The price paid was high, but the comfort level was good overall.
Staying at this hotel was absolutely awesome. The rooms were lovely with excellent views across the sea, and the check-in process was easy and fast. The service was top-notch, very friendly, and they take their jobs very seriously. The location is perfect for family holidays, though the check-in time was a bit long. The dining experience was divine, with so much variety and fantastic service. The facilities were great.
Although the hotel had a hint of moist smell in the spacious and very clean rooms, the stay was sadly disappointing due to the worn-out conditions and dirty carpets and bathroom. The view from room 2016 on the 12th floor was great, and the bed sheets and towels were nice. However, compared to other hotels in Dubai, this one definitely needs an update to compete. I wouldn't stay here again as there are better options at similar prices. On the bright side, Bilil from housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room in order.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The club room provided access to the amazing Club Lounge on the 24th floor with breathtaking views of the Dubai Eye and the sea. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The location was excellent for exploring Dubai, with the beach just 100 meters away, and the service was outstanding, making it perfect for family trips.

My stay at this hotel was beyond my expectations. The rooms were much larger than I anticipated, equipped with all the conveniences, and had a beautiful view of the water. However, the room could be a bit dark in the evening and at night. The highlight was definitely the wonderful view of the Beach from the lovely balcony, which made my stay in Dubai truly relaxing while observing the hustle and bustle of JBR from above.
